Refund policy
If you are having any issues with your key or lock, please contact us. Our customer service department will make every effort to correct any issues you may have. In the event that a key or lock simply does not work, we will replace the returned item or issue a refund. Returned merchandise requires a return authorization number (RA#). In order to qualify for a return an RA# will need to be issued within 14 calendar days after you have received your order.
Please note that shipping costs paid when an order is placed are not refundable and FastShipKeys does not cover any return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to charge a 25% re-stocking fee for any return, this includes orders placed by mistake, or for the incorrect item.
If there is a discrepancy with your order (i.e missing items, broken items) we can reship the items at no charge within 14 calendar days after you have received the products. Reshipments falling after the 14 calendar days will require a reshipping fee to be processed before the items can be sent.
